Dst Launches New Murder Mystery Musical Trolley Tour Who Killed The Circus Queen?

Discover Sarasota Tours launches a brand-new interactive musical theater experience aboard Dolly the Trolley called Murder Mystery Trolley Tour: Who Killed the Circus Queen? The show opens Saturday, April 30, and runs Saturday evenings at 7:30 PM year-round.

This original script, written by local playwright and director (and recently named DST Artistic Director) Michael Newton-Brown, is the first murder mystery musical to be performed on a trolley. A Mysterious Murder has never been more fun!
What a non-stop entertainment experience! The colorful, musical and often hilarious characters join the tour as you explore Sarasota looking for the dastardly devil who did the deed! Fun. Fun. Fun. — Annette B

Wonderfully entertaining!
What an extraordinary evening! We had no idea what to expect but our experience far exceeded any expectation. The actors were skilled and entertaining. The trolley moved about town during the course of the evening and even engaged some of the Main Street diners with a ‘top down’ version of “Downtown”! The plot was intriguing and well-written. Guests were invited to participate and became very engaged… and entertaining ourselves! Fun. Fast-paced. And well-managed by the very capable and quick-thinking ringmaster, Daniel. WE LOVED IT ALL!  — 45kendrac
