Private Group Tours can accommodate up to 30 people. You are renting out the whole trolley for a private group tour for one all-inclusive price.

Private Group Tours include a 20% discount off of single ticket prices.
The total prices below are all-inclusive and include all handling fees, tour guide, driver, cast member gratuities where applicable, and FL state sales tax.

Tinsel Town Trolley
  • For up to 29 people
  • A Tropical Holiday tour featuring, Caroling Down Main Street, Neighborhood Lights, Live Cast Performances & a Cocoa Bar before boarding!

Booking Deposit

  • If the date of your tour is in less than < 60 days, the full amount will be charged to reserve your tour.
  • If you are booking more than > 60 days in advance, a $500 deposit is required to reserve your tour.
  • If you are booking a tour with food/drinks/custom tour, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
  • If you need to cancel your tour, 50% of this deposit is refunded if you give us at least 60 days’ notice or we will move you to a new date or provide a credit for this amount.
  • No refunds are offered for tours cancelled with less than 60 days’ notice. We will try to move you to another date.
  • The balance on tours with a deposit will be charged the remaining balance 60 days prior to your tour.

Lunch Bunch Group Tour

Looking for a Tour + Lunch Option for your Group?

Our Lunch Bunch Tour for groups of up to 30 people includes a daytime tour ticket and prix fixe lunch at one of our VIP partner restaurants. All-inclusive group fee is $2,885.34. Deposit of $1,000 is due at the time of booking.

Amish Experience: Bridges to Understanding

Our Amish Experience Tour: Bridges to Understanding Lunch Bunch Tour includes the USA Today award-winning BEST Buffet in the Country dining, your selection of pie, and time for shopping at Carlisle Gifts.

  • Der Dutchman (with shopping at Carlisle Gifts Sarasota) – Lunch includes the full buffet, beverages, and a variety of slices of their famous pie pre-set on your table. Plus, get 20% off your purchase at Carlisle Gifts!

City Sightseeing Tour, Circus Secrets of Sarasota, Leading Ladies of Sarasota, Architecture Tour or Public Art Tour

Each of these Lunch Bunch Tours include your choice of appetizer, main course, and dessert. Tax, gratuity and transport to and from restaurant are included. These Lunch Bunch Tours run from 10 AM-12:45 PM (Arrival 9:30 AM, Tour 10 AM-11:30 AM, Lunch 11:30 AM-12:30 PM and return to Trolley Cottage by 12:45 PM).

  • Clasico Italian Chophouse – Fixed Pris lunch to be served family style offering several small plates to share. Water, soda, lemonade, and iced tea are included.

Discover Sarasota Tours' Group Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy

If you cancel with 60 days or more in advance of your tour date we will work to rebook you to a new date or when no date is available, we will refund 50% of your deposit or give you a credit for the full 100% of the deposit to be used on a future tour.

We will make every attempt to move you to a new date if you need to change the tour.

All payments must be made by credit card. We do not accept checks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is the group rate more than an individual ticket?
The total Large Group Tours rates include handling fees, tour guide, driver and cast member gratuities (where applicable), and sales tax. Large Group Tours include a 20% discount off of the single ticket prices plus these additional fees.

When do private group tours run?
Most daytime group tours run on Mondays when we are closed to the public or on the day of their tour (for specialty tours). Nighttime shows run on their regular nights or on the day of your choice.

What is cost savings for booking a full private trolley?
Guests will save 20% off of individual ticket rates and the private tours are all-inclusive (ticket, tax, and gratuity are included).

Can you pick our group up?
Yes, if you are within a 15-min drive we can pick your group up and return you to your home location for an additional fee that covers the additional drive time.

Can we add a lunch option onto our morning tour?
Yes, we have a Lunch Bunch option available for most morning tours that includes a prix fixe lunch. Please ask about adding this option for your group.

Do you have a nonprofit rate?
We do not have a nonprofit rate but we can remove tax from your order if you provide us with a 501 (c) (3) letter from the IRS.

Can you accommodate wheelchairs?
No, I am sorry but we cannot accommodate any wheelchairs on the trolley.
People who can walk up the steps or be helped up are welcome to enjoy our tours where there is no walking or hopping off. Walkers and wheelchairs are stored in the gift shop during the tour.
