DST GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY
During the COVID pandemic, we will gladly move your tour to a new date with no deposit penalty should you need to cancel.
However, our normal cancellation policy for deposit refunds, is 100% for 90 days, 75% for 60 days and 50% for 30 days’ notice.
Large Private Group Tour
We offer Large Private Tours for groups from 20 to 35 people for a single tour. (We also provide a 10% discount for a single group of 10 or more buying with one payment reservation on any public tour — see information on that below.)
2020-2021 RATES FOR LARGE GROUPS
- For daytime FEATURED OR SPECIALTY TOURS the inclusive fee is $1,048 which includes tax, handling fee, tour guide and driver gratuity.
- For nighttime FEATURED or SPECIALTY TOURS, the fee is $1,198 which includes tax, tour guide and driver gratuity, handling fee, and complimentary beer or wine in our Tiki Bar before boarding.

Once confirmed, you will pay a deposit of $500 with a credit card to hold the date. You will then pay the balance within two weeks of your tour date using the same card.
Small Private Group Tour
For groups of 10 or fewer passengers, tours will be led in our comfortable passenger van. Price for renting out van is $350 plus tax for up to 10 passengers. No handling fee.
For 11-19 people, enjoy ANY Tour on ANY Day and at ANY Time With Family & Friends, $699 for groups of 11-19 people, PLUS tax/handling (15% gratuity included).

Small Group On Public Tour
For smaller groups, 10-29 people, get 10% off each ticket if you buy as a single group with one payment.

Step-Aboard Tours are a cost-effective option for those groups with their own vehicle. Our tour guide steps on to your vehicle to lead the tour with your driver.
These tours cost $475 (which includes tax, handling fee, and gratuity for our guide).

Payments for Step-Aboard Tours must be made at time of booking and are nonrefundable.
For nonprofits there is a reduced Step-Aboard option of $350, which includes gratuity. You must show your 501 (c) (3) letter when booking.
Half-Day Private Concierge Tour
For Small Groups Up to 10 People
(must have a minimum of 6 people to run)

Get picked up in style at your local hotel or home to enjoy a private half-day (4-hour) guide-narrated City Sightseeing Tour in the comfort of our air-conditioned trolley with opportunities to stop at any of our main attractions such as the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, Jungle Gardens, St. Armands Circle, Amish Pinecraft Neighborhood, Main Street, or Burns Court to get out and explore on your own.
Following the tour, lunch or dinner reservations at recommended restaurants and water activities (beach visit, kayak rentals, boat cruise, sailing cruise or floating tiki) can be included for an additional per-person fee.
