We will be moving in summer of 2027!
A developer from Bristol Tennessee is purchasing the plot of land at 1899 Fruitville Road where all 17 of our historic cottage businesses reside. So, we will be relocating in summer of 2027 with four other businesses: The Breakfast House, Siegfried’s German Restaurant, The Cookie Cottage, and The Artful Giraffe to create a NEW Sarasota Bungalow Village dining and entertainment location just 1 mile east of our current location on Fruitville Rd. at Fruitville/Tuttle intersection.
As part of this new Village, we plan to open a Circus Emporium museum inside our Trolley Cottage Gift Shop housing circus memorabilia, historical items, and artifacts showcasing old Sarasota life. The new location is the former home block of the Zacchini Cannonball Circus Family so the circus tie in is most delightful.
